This sprawling complex will house the full operations of this regional center. Work includes extensive site development requirements and separate buildings accommodating the special service needs for this location. J.K. Scanlan was General Contractor. Construction is nearly complete on this expansive project located directly off Interstate 195 in Dartmouth. The new barracks will house administrative offices, maintenance and secure holding facilities. J.K. Scanlan Company is serving as General Contractor. New Dartmouth State Police Station has been programmed to include approximately 14,300 gross square feet to serve officers, Special State Police units and civilian staff. There is also 2,300 net square feet of attic storage space. 14,300 SF to serve officers.
