J.K. Scanlan Healthcare Division provided preconstruction and construction services for the project. This involved several projects with multiple phasing and significant occupied user constraints. All projects were constructed within and around operating acute clinical areas. The project included the construction of a new 14 bassinet Neonatal intensive Care Unit Suite with staff support area, the construction of a new 17 bassinet Special Care Nursery with staff support space, the construction of a new Maternal Fetal Medicine outpatient suite and the construction of an expanded Nuclear Medicine Suite. The fast tracked projects rewired independent submission and review to DPH not unlike many licensed DPH spaces. However due to the overlap and phased occupancy it required constant generation, tracking & submission of documentation throughout the entire project. We successfully achieved all planned occupancies on each project.
