To ease the flow of information during bidding and project construction J.K. Scanlan has created a way for subcontractors, owners and architects to download project information quickly and easily. The information uploaded to the site is job specific and is not only used during the estimating phase but also to stay connected during construction. The project team can upload schedules, PCO's and RFI's as well as plans, specifications, addendums and bulletins.
LEED® AP Team Members
J.K. Scanlan now has 13 LEED® AP's including several Field Superintendents. Each LEED® AP has exceptional knowledge of green building and the USGBC format for rating construction projects.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification
Chris Grant, General Superintendent and Safety Officer, is certified to teach the OSHA 10-hour Safety course. J.K. Scanlan requires all subcontractors as well as our own personnel to have the OSHA 10-hour certification before being allowed on a jobsite.
Construction Site Webcams
As a further convenience to our clients, JK Scanlan frequently erects all-weather webcams at our construction sites. These cameras are password-protected; if you need the username and password, please contact your project's manager.
